Avalon Saigon has been designed to make the most out of the Mekong River. It is only 1 of 2 ships that cruise from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap and back again. It accommodates just 36 guests making it an intimate cruise. Avalon Saigon is the same size as the larger ships, giving its guests more room to move around.

Dining

Avalon Saigon has 1 main dining room, the Panorama Dining Room. This area offers an open seating plan with a buffet style breakfast and lunch serving regional favourites using fresh ingredients. Dinner is a 4 course A la Carte meal with a choice of salads, soups, entrees, desserts and cheeses. Complimentary wine is available throughout lunch and dinner.

Enrichment

Avalon Saigon offers many sightseeing opportunities. You will cruise along the Mekong Delta, discover the picturesque area for over half of Vietnam's rice production and explore the colourful markets. On land there is a sightseeing tour in Ho Chi Minh City, cooking classes and take a visit ot the Cu Chi Tunnels used by the Viet Cong during the war. By the end of your cruise along the Mekong you will have a better understanding of life along the river and the friendly people who depend on it.

Entertainment

Take a tour of the galley and the bridge on the Avalon Saigon. Meet up with friends in the lounge or watch the shows that take place in the evenings. The ship has movie nights and special events on certain days. During the day there is complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer and wines.
