Bonsai Sushi is full of bonsai trees and serves delicious sushi dishes. It is the on-board seafood and soy sauce spot! Not only can you enjoy sushi, you can also try new soups, sakes and desserts.

At the Chef's Table diners can enjoy a sumptuous multi course dinner hosted by one of Carnivals Master Chefs. The VIP experience starts with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres for a small group, followed by a tour to see the galley in all its glory. The evening concludes with a full service dinner of appetisers, entrees and desserts. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Cucina Del Capitano is an Italian restaurant that pays homage to Carnival's unique heritage. The Italian-American dishes are inspired by the Italian captains' and officers' childhood. They are all served in a comfortable environment with a happy family atmosphere. On the walls you will find vintage images of the captains and the ships, even the Captain's Table. Pasta lunch is complimentary, but the full service dinner is an extra charge.

At Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse the dining experience is second to none. It stands highly with some of the best steakhouses on land. Some of the favourite dishes served include lobster, lamb and fine steak cuts. Guests can dine Al Fresco or sit inside and enjoy their meal.

At Green Eggs & Ham Breakfast you can sit down with the whole family and enjoy the world of Dr. Suess. Sit down to a fantastical feast with The Cat in the Hat & Friends enjoying their bright colours and patterns on the table. On the menu you will find 'Green Eggs and Ham', 'Moose Juice' & 'Goose Juice' as well as pancakes, french toast and fruit. The characters are around for meet and greet, a great photo opportunity.

Carnival went looking for a way to help them grill up the best burgers at sea.......they found just who they needed.......Guy Fieri, a best selling author, restaurateur and Food Network personality, and along came Guy's Burger Joint. Situated right by the pool it's the perfect place for burgers and hand cut chips. Guests can try a fresh, off the grill burger or take it to the toppings bar to create your own burger!

JiJi Asian Kitchen is a modern restaurant inspired by a millennia-old society. The restaurant serves enticing dishes in a stunning space that brings good food and good fortune right to your table. The restaurant is surrounded by prayer rolls and Mongolian-inspired fabrics. JiJi Asian Kitchen offers guests a full menu of exotic and traditional dishes designed to tickle those tastebuds.

The Dining Room is great for a relaxed meal, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. You won't need to worry about worry about booking a table here. The waiters set the table for you as well as bring you a full 3 course evening meal that will fill you up, but still leave room for dessert.

The Seafood Shack serves up a fantastic array of seafood dishes. Just imagine your favourite dish, great company and stunning views......this is the place to be.
