Seven Seas Explorer

The Seven Seas Explorer was built in 2016 and carries 829 passengers as she sails around the Mediterranean. It is the largest ship in the Regent Seven Seas fleet and offers a high level of customer service. Regent Seven Seas Explorer is an all inclusive six star ship with a relaxing spa, excellent dining options and a good entertainment programme.

Chartreuse Restaurant

Chartreuse Restaurant is a stunning French restaurant serving a modern French menu which can be found on Deck 10. Enjoy a succulent dinner while admiring the beautiful ocean views. This restaurant is open for lunch every day while at sea and alternate port days.

Compass Rose

Compass Rose is one of the largest speciality restaurants at sea. This restaurant is located on Deck 4 and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and dinner. There are many dishes to choose from and the atmosphere adds a romantic touch to it. Each evening the ship's Executive Chef creates specials to add to the dozens of appetizers, pastas and entrees already on the menu.

La Veranda

Admire the stunning ocean views while enjoying your breakfast and lunch at La Veranda. Meals are served in the style of a buffet and you can enjoy them Al Fresco on the open deck or in the indoor dining room.

Pacific Rim

Pacific Rim serves traditional Asian dishes and can be found on Deck 5 with beautiful ocean views. The views of the ocean can be observed through the windows that have been designed in an abstract lotus shape. Enjoy the delicious Pan-Asian dishes created by the Pacific Rim's chefs, such as wok-fried beans and grilled Korean barbecue lamb chops. Reservations are required for Pacific Rim.

Pool Grill

Grab a snack or a quick bite to eat at the Pool Grill. Eat it at the grill or take it back to your sun loungers. Pick up a salad, burger or a sandwich, all made to order. The kids will enjoy the ice creams and milkshakes available.

Prime 7

Prime 7 is beautifully decorated with glass, metal and granite. Sit at the bar and enjoy a cocktail before being led to your personal banquette. Try filet mignon or cote de boeuf washed down with stunning wines. This restaurant is a members only.

Sette Mari at La Veranda

Sette Mari at La Vernada is a stunning Italian restaurant where you can try dishes from all over the country at the candlelit tables.

The Cafe

The Cafe can be found on Deck 5 and is the perfect place to grab a coffee with a sandwich or a pastry.
