The Seabourn Ovation is an addition to the sister ship Seabourn Encore. Both ships deliver a wealth of new concepts, a fresh vision and a host of ideas to delight the world’s most discerning travellers. This ship is larger than the rest of Seabourns fleet and is equipped with an additional deck and restaurant.
The Patio Grill is where you can dine on the deck in a relaxed atmosphere. This poolside area offers a variety of salads, soups, pastas and pizzas for lunch by the pool. For dinner, choose from steaks, seafood or chicken as well as soups and salads. Each day there is a themed menu, it is an excellent place for Al Fresco dining.
At the new Sushi Restaurant guests can try tuna, shrimp and other fresh fish that will be shipped from Japan to the Sushi Restaurant to be served A la Carte for dinner. Some of the main features on the menu will be caviar and small plates, sushi and sashimi, maki rolls and salads. Guests will also find selections of special Saki, fine matcha teas and desserts to round of their meal.
The Colonnade has tables both inside and out for a more casual dining experience. Each day the kitchen produces a different special for guests to try. Enjoy a buffet style breakfast or lunch with a selection of dishes to choose from. In the evening, enjoy one of the regionally themed dinners on offer.
The Grill by Thomas Keller
Seabourn has created a partnership with the famous American chef and restaurateur Thomas Keller. Chef Keller brings award winning French and American cuisine to the luxury cruise line adding new flavours to compliment Seabourn’s already celebrated cuisine. Guests can enjoy steakhouse favourites such as Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, presented A la Carte. A cocktail programme and wine list of domestic and old world labels compliment the menu.
