Insignia

The Insignia was built in 1998 and was last refurbished in 2018. She carries up to 803 passengers on her various cruises around the world. Her itineraries include round trip cruises from Miami, Florida to Mexico, Mediterranean Cruises, Asian Cruises and voyages in Australia and the South Pacific. The Insignia has four dining options, various bars and a Casino.

Afternoon Tea

Daily afternoon tea is served at 4pm at Horizons, where a string quartet entertains while guests sit and enjoy a tea or coffee.

Baristas

This delightful coffee bar offers java lovers complimentary illy® espressos, cappuccinos and lattes prepared by their master baristas, as well as the delicious pastries, finger sandwiches and homemade biscotti that draw so many to Baristas throughout the day.

Open daily until early evening. No reservations required.

Polo Grill

For a traditional steakhouse experience, nothing compares with the Polo Grill. Time-honoured favourites like grilled steaks are served. Seafood dishes such as Grilled Swordfish and Whole Maine Lobster Gratinee are classic dishes available. Don't forget to try the classic Caesar salad prepared tableside.

Room Service

After a hectic day of shore excursions or various on-board activities, guests may prefer to dine in the privacy of their own veranda. An extensive room service is available 24-hours a day.

Terrace Cafe

The Terrace Cafe is an informal area where guests can dine inside or Al Fresco at a shaded table. Enjoy a variety of dishes for breakfast, a vast array of international inspired dishes for lunch and a waiter led dinner. Evening dishes include lobster tails, lamb chops, sushi and sashimi.

The Grand Dining Room

The Grand Dining Room serves European inspired dishes as well as regional signature dishes which are changed daily. A choice of at least ten appetisers, soups and salads and twelve entrees at dinner are offered.

Toscana

Tuscan cuisine is provided at Toscana with recipes handed down from past generations. Served on custom designed Versace china, guests can dine on traditional Italian cuisine. Try dishes like Octopus Carpaccio with Champagne Vinaigrette or Lasagne al Forno as well as other traditional Italian dishes.

Waves Grill

Waves Grill offers the ultimate in casual dining on all-American favourites such as mouth-watering gourmet burgers, tangy barbecue ribs and tasty seafood dishes, cooked to order in the open kitchen. It is located right by the swimming pool, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat after a swim in the pool.
