Ruby Princess

The Ruby Princess was built in 2008 and refurbished in 2015. She carries up to 3672 passengers as she cruises mainly around the Caribbean. Ruby Princess features three main dining rooms offering a Caribbean themed menu. There are speciality restaurants on-board, as well as cafes and snack bars. Activities on-board cater for all ages with games, shows, live music and a casino for those that wish to try their luck. It is a spacious ship with a wide range of public rooms and lounges.

Afternoon Tea

Enjoy a traditional British style afternoon tea on-board the Princess Cruise ships. This comes complete with tablecloths, tea boxes for herbal and specialty teas, finger sandwiches, cookies, biscuits and cakes all served by white gloved waiters. If you like Afternoon Tea can be enjoyed Al Fresco on the Promenade Deck.

Anytime Dining- Michelangelo & Da Vinci Dining Rooms

In the Michelangelo & Da Vinci Dining Rooms guests can enjoy anytime dining which gives them the freedom to dine as and when they wish with whom they wish. The Da Vinci Dining Room is located on Deck 6 and is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The Michelangelo Dining Room is located on Deck 5 and is open for dinner only between 17:30 & 22:00. Both dining rooms offer the same 4 course dinner menu with set choices and themed selections.

Casual Dining

Casual Dining is a variety of snack bars, cafes and ice cream parlors located throughout the ship. They are ideal for grabbing a burger, sandwich, salad, chios and kebabs on the go. There is also a pizzeria serving freshly made Italian style pizzas by the slice.

Crown Grill

Crown Grill is the perfect place to head to if you love premium beef and seafood. The restaurant also serves an excellent choice of appetisers and desserts. It has an open theater style kitchen where guests can watch the chefs prepare their meals.

Horizon Court Buffet

Horizon Court Buffet is a top deck buffet with multiple live cooking stations as well as a buffet and snacks. This restaurant features floor to ceiling windows with stunning sea views, perfect for a quick breakfast or a casual dinner. In the evening Horizon Court becomes Cafe Caribe, a themed buffet serving flavours of the Caribbean.

Sabatini's

Sabatini's is an Italian restaurant serving Italian and Mediterranean dishes with an emphasis on seafood. It is open for dinner from 18:00 to 23:00.

Traditional Dining Room- Botecelli's Dining Room

The Botticelli Dining Room is the ships traditional dining room. This restaurant allows guests to choose the same time and table each evening to enjoy their meal. Menu choices include seafood dishes, steaks, lobster or spaghetti carbonara, and ice cream, cake or fresh fruit for dessert. Vegetarian options are available here.

Ultimate Balcony Dining

Ultimate Balcony Dining is for guests who want to choose a luxurious breakfast or experience a romantic dinner at sea.

Vines

Vines has been voted one of the best wine bars at sea. This wine bar offers more than 30 wines along with a selection of fresh bites including seafood treats and tapas.
