Explorer of the Seas

The Explorer of the Seas was built in 2000 and was refurbished in 2018. She carries up to 3938 passengers and her main cruises are from Southampton UK to the Canary Islands and around the Western Mediterranean. It is a stunning floating resort with a vast array of facilities known to RCI. Admire the 4 deck high promenade that is the length of 2 football pitches.

Accommodation on Explorer of the Seas includes Balcony Staterooms, Interior Staterooms, Ocean View Staterooms, Grand Suites, Junior Suites, Owner's Suites and Royal Suites.

Dining

Dining on board is a culinary delight. Visit Giovanni’s Table, a gastronomic delight with the traditional flavours of Tuscany. Izumi is where you will find traditional Japanese dishes. Johnny Rockets is a typical American style diner for your hamburgers, hotdogs and milkshakes. The Main Dining restaurant is a 3 story restaurant that serves international dishes, prepared and served by our trained chefs.

Enrichment

Enrichment programs, or ‘Explorer Academy’ classes cover a wide range of topics, from wine tasting to casino tuition.

Entertainment

A varied programme of entertainment is available on board with Broadway style shows, ice skating shows and various bars with live music. Kids have a waterpark with slides and chutes and games and quizzes are organised by the crew.
