Viking Ra

The Viking Ra was built in 2018 and carries 52 passengers as she cruises along the River Nile in Egypt, departing from Luxor. The river trip is themed “Pharaohs and Pyramids”. Tours include visits to Nefertari’s Tomb in the Valley of the Queens, various temples and a visit to a Nubian village. The Viking Ra has a swimming pool and 2 Jacuzzis. The lounge and bar have floor to ceiling windows providing fantastic river views. The sun-deck has 360 degrees views of the surrounding area with shaded sitting areas.

Gaze at breathtaking scenery through the Restaurant’s panoramic windows as you dine on regional specialties and contemporary cuisine. The atmosphere is casual yet elegant, with high-quality table linens, china, cutlery and glassware at every meal.
