Costa Smeralda is a newly built ship designed to cbe a tribute to Italy as she cruises round France, Spain and Italy. The spacious areas will make you feel like you are strolling through Piazza di Spagna, admiring the shops, bars and restaurants along the way. As you stroll through the ship you will forget you are at sea thanks to the amazing decor and fantastic atmosphere.

Dining

There are plenty of dining venues on-board Costa Smeralda. Guests can choose from buffet restaurants, main restaurants, fine dining restaurants and food courts. If you are a member of the Costa Club Perla Diamante you may dine in the exclusive Bellavista. If you are staying in a suite you may dine in the Panorama Restaurant. The choices are endless and you won't be bored with what you are eating.

Entertainment

There are many entertainment facilities on Costa Smeralda. It offers Liquid Entertainment which includes dancing, live music, live performances, shows and some fantastic venues including the Piazza Trastevere and Colosseum. Right at the heart of the ship is the Piazza Grande Bellezza, a luxurious amphitheatre where guests can watch a wide variety of shows and performances. There is Piazza Ravello, a large open space with a lounge area, Spritz bar and live music. In the restaurants, lounges and bar there are pianists, DJs and street performers. If you like a little flutter there is a casino to enjoy. As well as a gym there are 4 swimming pools, a spa with beauty treatments and for the kids there is an Aqua Park and a games room.
