In the morning, a superb continental spread is provided buffet style including English muffins, Danish pastries and French croissants. A hot option is available including bacon, sausage, eggs and smoked salmon. Options for lunch include salads, seafood and grilled favourites. If the day’s itinerary includes a visit to one of the beautiful Caribbean or Mediterranean islands, you could find that your lunch is served on the beach, straight from a fiery barbecue. Evening meals are prepared by our professional chefs and are complimented by an outstanding selection of fine wines.
